OK, so this is my first (public) book review, so don't be too harsh on me.
TITLE: Do Hard Things
AUTHORS: Alex and Brett Harris
REVIEW: This truly is an amazing book. The authors, Alex and Brett Harris, encourage teens through this book that the teen years are the years that hold the most freedom- and the most potential. They encourage us that it is possible to break out of this slump in life that we call "the teen years", and that, instead of a life of complacency and ease, that the most fulfillment in life is what the title suggests: to "do hard things".
They explain what the idea is based on, and share the stories of multiple teenagers who decided to break out of the cultural norm and do hard things. I reccomend this book for anyone that is tired of life, feels that their life is a hollow shell of what it could be, or is searching for deeper meaning
You won't be dissapointed.

Would this be a good read for a youth study?
ReplyDeleteIt most certainly would. It's very out-of-the-ordinary for a teen"s book, but that's what it's all about, doing the things that others will be surprised at and sticking your neck out for Christ.
